years of experience in this changing and competitive industry. His fields of expertise in the Real Estate industry include many different areas. Robert Abbasi first started working in real
estate starting in the 70’s with small apartment buildings.
RTI Properties Inc. has grown into a nationally recognized diversified real estate firm that, through affiliates, owns and manages multi‐family, retail, hotel, office and storage properties across the country, as well as acquire of trustee sales properties in Los Angeles County.
Mr. Abbasi is a speaker as well as a mentor in the real estate community. Prior to forming RTI Properties, Mr. Abbasi was a commercial real estate investment advisor. He earned his MBA from the University of Southern California (USC) and as well as his B.A. Degree in Economics.

The knowledge and experience Robert Abbasi has acquired in the real estate industry

be exceptional. He has been mentoring real estate agents and companies for over 15 years. In addition to his success with RTI Properties, Mr.
Abbasi was formerly a Bank Board Director for a business bank in Los Angeles.
Through the 1990’s real estate downturn, RTI Property Management prospered due to disciplined management control of his properties. Robert Abbasi's real estate and management capabilities have been well recognized in the industry.
Robert Abbasi has an excellent reputation within for his integrity, knowledge, and following through with his commitments. He has served as a confidant and advisor to many, including institutions, investors, brokers, property managers, attorneys, and bank executives.
